1.2 Service Delivery

VORNEXA's services are delivered through a secure web-based platform accessible via standard web browsers. The platform offers API integration with existing HR systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS platforms).

1.3 User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information when using VORNEXA's services and ensuring they have the necessary rights to upload and process any documents or data through our platform.

1.4 Data Security and Privacy

VORNEXA implements enterprise-grade security measures including data encryption both in transit and at rest, and compliance with major privacy regulations including GDPR and global data protection standards.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

Refunds are available under specific circumstances based on the service plan purchased:

• For our Starter plan (pay-per-CV model), refunds may be issued if the AI extraction fails completely due to technical issues on our end
• For Enterprise plans with volume-based pricing, refunds are available on a pro-rata basis for prepaid unused services if the service experiences significant downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours of service unavailability)

2.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios

Certain situations are not eligible for refunds:

• Dissatisfaction with candidate matches or rankings
• Issues resulting from poorly formatted or incomplete CVs
• Cases where users fail to provide adequate job requirements
• Services that have been fully utilized

2.3 Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the service delivery or invoice date.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.2 Consequences of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, customers will lose immediate access to VORNEXA's AI recruitment platform and any stored data within 30 days of cancellation confirmation.

3.3 Data Handling Post-Cancellation

Following cancellation, VORNEXA will retain customer data for a period of 90 days to facilitate potential account reactivation requests. After this period, all customer data will be permanently deleted from our active systems.

4. Legal Compliance

4.3 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VORNEXA's total liability to customers exceed the amount paid for services during the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits, recruitment delays, or hiring mismatches.

VORNEXA reserves the right to modify these policies at any time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices. We will provide notice of material changes through our website or email notifications.
